We are looking for acommercially strong partner and analytically focusedwith a provenhigh levelof executional excellence. This role sits at Senior Manager level reporting directly intothe Country Manager Iberia based out of our commercialBusinessUnit(BU)in Madridand is a permanent contract.

This person willbe fundamental in buildingdeployingand driving ourcommercial go-to-market strategy have brilliantpartnermanagement andwith the use of datapartneracross the BU toimpactROI for the Iberian region.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deploy full scope ofcommercial activities and responsibilities ranging from Year -1commercialplanning in-year performance managementcustomerbusiness planningportfoliodeploymentandrevenue managementas well ascross-channel/ planning and executionandsales tools deployment.

  • Collaborate with the General Manager on theBUcommercialagendaactingastrustedpartner for commercial topicsandoffering input and insightsleveragingRegional Commercial Development(RCD)subjectmatterexpertiseand best practices from across the WesternEuropeMarket Group or globally.

  • Ensure regional directions are executed at local level bringing the full RCD agendaandexpertiseto the BU.

  • Partnerwith RCD on commercial topicssuch as channel performance course correctionBU ICPportfolio deployment rare items strategy revenue management componentsin the BU etc.).

  • Ademonstratablerecord ofstrong performancein operational commercial roles (e.g.KeyAccountManagement)in an omni-channel environment

  • Solidexpertisein setting up sales processes and governancepracticesin an internationalconsumer good company.

  • Strong commercial acumen ability to build and interpret financial frameworksmodelsand scenarios to guide commercial investment decisions.

  • Excellentpartner collaborativemanagement internallyacross functions(both in-market and regionally)and externally into retailersdrivingcomplexdialogue and projects.

  • Strategically strong with a pragmatic approach to wider business challenges andability to thrive when faced with ambiguity.

  • In-depthanalytical skillsthatdrive engagingdialogueturninginsights into actions.

  • Resiliencecreativityand change managementwith a proactive approach toproposing andimplementing innovative ways to growandunlockopportunitiesthatovercomechallenges.

  • Strong businessproficiencyin English both written and spoken as well as fluent inSpanish.

  • Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office per week 2 days fromhome.
