THE POSITION

• Food and Beverage responsibilities with a focus on high volume coffee
• Utilise your solid understanding to prepare top-notch coffee and drinks with consistency and precision
• Responsible for cleaning stock control maintenance and daily step down of machine
• Speed efficiency and quality is vital - as is the ability to set adjust correct machine and grinder settings
• Provide friendly welcoming service take orders and ensure customer satisfaction
• Basic food prep and function support when required

THE PERSON

• Senior Barista
• Good communication skills with a team-first mentality
• Great work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multi-task
• Previous Catering Assistant experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar corporate environment
• Open to driving vehicle to deliver and drop off charity meals locally
• Baseline Security Clearance
• Be reliable well-organised and full of passion for what you do
