We are looking for a Senior Banksphere Integration Engineer to join a large-scale banking modernization initiative.

This role will act as the bridge between legacy core banking systems and modern digital platforms helping migrate business capabilities from traditional banking environments into a modern microservices architecture.

You will work closely with business analysts architects and development teams to enable digital banking products while ensuring operational stability and business continuity throughout the modernization process.

• Design configure and optimize transactional workflows and business logic within the Banksphere ecosystem.

• Enable financial products and services across modern digital channels.

• Participate in legacy system modernization and migration initiatives.

• Analyze and decommission legacy banking workflows while minimizing operational risk.

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to define integration requirements and API contracts.

• Map legacy banking data structures to modern application architectures.

• Configure transactional validations business rules alerts and operational controls.

• Support coexistence strategies between legacy and modern platforms during migration phases.

• Contribute to architecture discussions and modernization roadmaps.

• 4 years of hands-on experience working within the Banksphere ecosystem.

• Experience in banking environments.

• Experience with:

  • Global Position consolidation

  • Customer authentication

  • Onboarding processes

  • Core banking transactional flows

• Understanding of:

  • Microservices architectures

  • REST APIs

  • JSON-based integrations

• Experience participating in legacy-to-modern transformation programs.

• English B2 (spoken and written).

• Mainframe environments.

• COBOL / CICS.

• DB2.

• Legacy data mapping and migration.

• Agile / Scrum methodologies.

• Experience in large-scale banking transformation initiatives.

• Remote from Spain or Portugal.
