You Mission

1. Resourcing & Capacity Planning

  • Support end-to-end resourcing processes across regions including intake matching assignment and conflict resolution
  • Maintain and update resource schedules and capacity views to ensureaccuratealignment between demand and supply
  • Contribute to global capacity planning by tracking pipeline demand and delivery commitments
  • Maintain skills and availability data supporting identification of capability gaps and hiring needs
  • Partner with regional stakeholders to ensuretimelyand effective staffing decisions

2. Financial & Delivery Operations

  • Produce and analyse utilisation reports highlighting risks trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support revenue forecasting processes in collaboration with Finance and PS leadership
  • Track key delivery KPIs (e.g. project duration margin on-time delivery)identifyingareas of underperformance
  • Support data integrity and adoption of PSA tooling () ensuringaccurateand reliable reporting
  • Assistwith reconciliation of forecast vs actuals and support period-end operational reviews

3. Governance & Reporting

  • Support the production of global PS reporting including dashboards leadership packs and QBR materials
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across reporting outputs and systems
  • Maintain documentation of resourcing processes templates and operating standards
  • Support adherence to global resourcing policies processes and escalation paths
  • Assistin tracking andmaintainingthe single source of truth for PS operational data

4. Enablement & Continuous Improvement

  • Identifyopportunities to improve resourcing efficiency reporting accuracy and operational processes
  • Support implementation of process improvements and tools across the PS organisation
  • Assistwith onboarding of new hires into PS tools processes and delivery standards
  • Act as a point of contact for operational queries related to resourcing and reporting
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the global resourcing operating model

You Are

Core Skills

  • Strong analytical capability with ability to interpret and present data clearly
  • Experience working with resource management capacity planning or project operations
  • Proficiencyin reporting tools (Excelrequired; Power BI or similar preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and governance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working within Professional Services or consulting organisations
  • Familiarity with PSA tools ( similar)
  • Understanding of utilisation forecasting and delivery performance metrics
  • Exposure to financial concepts such as revenue forecasting or project margin
