Job Description:

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) provides power circuits for systems found incloud computingtelecom infrastructureautomotiveindustrialandconsumer applications.

MPS is seeking an energetic efficient self-motivated and resourceful team player to be a member of its Logistics staff supporting our activities in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating logistics operations including transportation warehousing and distribution.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.

• Supplier Relations: Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Process Improvement: Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

• Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on supply chain performance metrics.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Formacion Professional (FP) Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.

• English is a must. Chinese proficiency is a plus.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in supply chain management logistics or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
