• Support daily sales operations including order follow-up documentation handling status tracking and internal coordination.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for the local sales team and help ensure smooth communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare reports summaries and sales-related updates that improve visibility planning and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and other internal systems while supporting strong process consistency and data quality.
• Work closely with logistics finance service and headquarters to ensure efficient execution of commercial activities.
• Help improve internal workflows by identifying operational bottlenecks and contributing to smarter simpler processes.

• You have experience in sales operations sales support customer service back-office coordination or a similar commercial operations role.
• You work in a structured and detail-oriented way and can manage several topics at once while keeping a clear overview.
• You are confident using MS Office especially Excel and feel comfortable working with CRM or ERP systems.
• You communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues customers and cross-functional teams in an international business environment.
• You are fluent in Italian and English at C1 level and Spanish at B2 to C1 level is a strong advantage.
• You bring a proactive solution-oriented and team-focused mindset and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
