Sales Manager Industrial

At Vidara a leading distributor of specialty chemicals and raw materials we are looking for a Sales Manager Industrial to drive business growth and strengthen our presence in the Construction & CASE (Coatings Adhesives Sealants & Elastomers) market across Northern Spain.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional with strong technical sales experience industry knowledge and a passion for developing long-term customer partnerships.

• Manage and develop key accounts while driving business growth within the Construction & CASE market across Northern Spain.
• Identify secure and develop new business opportunities expanding market presence and increasing revenue.
• Drive the promotion positioning and growth of the product portfolio delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions to customers.
• Lead quotations negotiations and commercial agreements ensuring strong customer relationships and long-term partnerships.
• Monitor sales performance margins and market trends providing strategic insights to support business objectives and decision-making.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales business development or account management within the chemical industry.
• Proven knowledge of the Construction & CASE market.
• Background in chemical distribution or chemical manufacturing.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of developing business and achieving results.
• Ability to confidently present and defend technical solutions to key industry players.
• Self-driven professional capable of delivering impact within the first months of joining.
• Willingness to travel across Iberia with approximately 40% of time dedicated to customer visits.
• An established network of industry contacts will be considered a strong advantage.

• Based in Northern Spain preferably in the Basque Country.
• Native or fluent Spanish.
• Professional level of technical and business English.
