Amazon Shipping Spain is just three years old still a young fast-moving organization with a startup mentality. You wont join a fully built machine youll help shape what it becomes.

Youll be the engine of our top-of-funnel sales efforts: prospecting new customers generating qualified leads and creating opportunities for the Business Development team to close. Youll conduct outreach run discovery meetings and guide shippers through the registration process. The market insights you gather will directly influence how we improve the product and reach new customers.

Key job responsibilities
Youll prospect new customers generate qualified leads and create opportunities for the Business Development team to close.

This is a graduate-level role with direct mentorship from senior BDMs and a path to grow inside the wider organization.

Youll work in a startup-like environment backed by Amazons scale alongside an international team that values ideas over hierarchy.

Based in Madrid (Cuatro Torres district) with exposure to cross-functional teams from day one.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Fluent Spanish (native or C2) and professional English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in sales business development or customer-facing commercial roles.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through proactive outreach.
- Willingness to hunt self-prospect research markets and identify new potential customers.

- Previous experience in a sales lead generation or customer-facing role (inside or outside Amazon).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
- Knowledge of or curiosity about the logistics e-commerce or carrier industry.
- Experience with cold outreach or prospecting in any capacity.
- Comfort working with data to track activity and measure performance.
