What you will do:
The candidate will provide support for the Sales & Client Operations team. We are looking for candidates with a solid foundation in accounting and administrative management as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel. No prior experience in collections and debt management is necessary as specific training will be provided during the internship.
General responsibilities:
- Identification and application of incoming transfers.
- Balance of payments against open invoices.
- Management of partial duplicate or mismatched payments.
- Daily review of bank deposits and payment receipts.
- Reconciliation with accounting risk and sales departments.
- Management of bank remittances.

What are we looking for:
- Academic Skills:
- Bachelors degree in business administration and management economics finance or a related field.
- Professional Experience:
- Not required / applicable.
- Languages:
- High level of Spanish.
- High level of English is a plus.
- Specific Knowledge
- Good skills with MS Office suite advanced level of Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics or similar) is a plus.
