For this role youll be working with 123inkt a name everyone in the Netherlands knows when it comes to printers and office supplies.
Youll be the voice on the phone that:

• Helps customers improve their orders

• Introduces them to the home brand

• Goes the extra mile so everyone wins
  

What will you actually do

• Call existing Dutch-speaking customers (warm calls only)

• Advise them on printers toners cartridges and office supplies

• Convert orders to home brand products where it makes sense

• Spot upsell opportunities (more volume better deals smart bundles)

• Collaborate with your team to ensure every order goes smoothly and correctly
  

No aggressive sales.

This role suits you if you

• Are a native Dutch speaker

• Enjoy talking and quickly connecting with people

• Think commercially and spot opportunities

• Work accurately even when managing multiple orders at once

• Are eager to learn and grow
  

Sales experience Nice to have.
