Sales Advisor Intern English Speaker

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to customers via phone email and online chat regarding destinations camp options program selection activities excursions transfers and insurance coverage
• Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of leads and sales opportunities
• Organize and schedule phone consultations and prospect interviews
• Prepare generate and follow up on sales quotations
• Distribute marketing materials and brochures to prospective clients
• Convert qualified leads and opportunities into confirmed bookings
• Coordinate with the summer camps operations team to finalize and confirm all bookings
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned including translation services internal file management and presentation material updates

Qualifications :

• Pursuing completion of a BS/MS degree in business administration management or a related field    
• Problem solving and out of the box thinker needed 
• An interest in working in Sales and/or Business Development 
• High knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• Fluent in English it would be a plus if you speak FRES DE or IT.
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Outstanding written & verbal communication 
• Ability to work independently and multitasker 
• Positive thinking & flexibility

Monday to Thursday : 11:00 - 20:00H

Fridays: 10:00 - 16:00H

Saturdays: 10:00 - 16:00H (Rotating - Twice per month)
