What youll do
Support onboarding processes across operational departments.
Provide hands-on support wherever needed whether assisting the Housekeeping Front Office and Engineering departments or completing rotations across different operational areas.
Act as a liaison between operational departments to improve communication and provide support to Heads of Department.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping department.
Keep the departments inventory accurate and up to date.
Participate in cleanliness inspections to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
Ensure adherence to cleaning hygiene and safety protocols.
Assist in resolving operational issues related to Housekeeping Front Office and Engineering.
Support laundry management lost and found procedures and other administrative duties within the department.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Hospitality Management or Tourism.
Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
An eagle-eye for detail you can spot a slip in standards from a mile away.
A natural people person who people like working with. You make those around feel good at their jobs and comfortable coming to you with questions. Youre great at motivating others to keep to your own high standards of service.
