What will you do

Own revenue and gross margin across every product category in Iberia B2B and B2C. You set the forecast find the growth and lead the Pricing & Discount Analyst.

What youll own

Revenue forecast - build the annual budget and rolling forecast with a full view of business KPIs and re-forecast by category with Finance each month.

Performance - run the daily performance routine with stakeholders and hunt growth opportunities across categories and paid traffic.

Offer analysis - analyse which offers perform best by category and contribute those insights to the commercial plan which the e-commerce team defines.

Team - manage the Pricing & Discount Analyst: set priorities review the work and grow the person.
