Restaurant Manager

Job Description

As Restaurant Manager you will be responsable for operation of our gastronomic restaurant ensuring consistently high standards of service while creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest.

You will be a highly visible presence in the restaurant and hotel

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with the management team to delevop and communicate the gastronomic offer

• Leading motivating and supervising the restaurant team

• Ensuring consistently excellent standards of service presentation and attention to detail.

• Welcoming guests and developing genuine relationships with both new and returning clients.

• Managing reservations table allocation guest flow and special requests.

• Handling guest feedback or complaints with confidence empathy and discretion.

• Managing rotas staffing levels and labour efficiency.

• Supporting food and beverage cost control and restaurant profitability.

• Contributing ideas and taking initiative to continuously improve both the restaurant and the overall guest experience.
