Reservation Internship
Job Summary
The main responsibilities include:
Customer care through phone and email demands.
Manage individual and group (accommodation) reservations.
Use of reservation programs: Opera (PMS) and Resaweb.
Follow up of any reservation no matter the shop channel making them all feel spoiled.
Revise all the reservations on the books to check their validity and details.
Qualifications :
Eligibility (Spain): Candidates must have the legal right to undertake an internship in Spain from the start date. No visa/work permit sponsorship available.
Currently enrolled in a Hospitality School or a Business School.
Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships.
Proactive enthusiastic and detail-oriented.
Excellent command of Spanish and English; French is a plus.
Eager to learn (no prior specialization required).
Available for at least 6 months 5 days/week 40 hours/week.
