Job Description
Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific the world leader in serving science as our Market Development Manager. The role is a 1 year contract to cover a maternity leave and in this key role youll develop marketing strategies and programs to support growth and innovation across our reproductive health portfolio in the clinical next generation sequencing division. Working in a collaborative environment youll develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that build customer value while enabling our mission to make the world healthier cleaner and safer. Youll work closely with product management commercial teams and regional stakeholders to create compelling content generate demand and establish thought leadership in key markets.
Preferred Fields of Study:
Life sciences with Reproductive Health Market Experience
Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience or bachelors degree plus 2 years of experience in marketing in life sciences or related industry.
Skills
- Business acumen with customer-centric mindset
- Knowledge of reproductive health market and competitor landscape preferred
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across matrix organizations
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical/scientific content into compelling customer messaging
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
- Strong analytical capabilities to measure campaign effectiveness and drive data-based decisions
- Experience developing sales enablement tools and customer-facing material
- Experience in developing thought leadership in Reproductive Health market
