Job Summary

Are you passionate about data quality governance and driving business excellence across international teams Join us and play a key role in shaping the integrity and effectiveness of customer master data across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities / Tasks

As our Regional Customer Data Steward EMEA you will be the go-to expert for customer master data ensuring accuracy consistency and compliance across the NPE division.

  • Own and monitor customer master data quality for the assigned region for the NPE division
  • Enforce GEA Group and divisional customer data standards policies and governance rules
  • Execute and steer deduplication merging obsoletion and cleansing activities
  • Support and coach local customer data stewards and build a regional steward community
  • Act as escalation point for complex customer master data cases (e.g. duplicates unclear account hierarchies)
  • Support SAP S/4HANA (MDGC) and CRM operations and ensure compliance with customer data workflows
  • Support Transform360 data readiness including data quality monitoring and validation
  • Provide transparency on data quality KPIs risks and improvement progress
  • Perform testing of data related changesin CRM/MDG raise defects and provide concrete feedback to central product/process teams
  • Document operating procedures/SOPs and work instructionsfor regional execution (request validation enrichment rules approvals escalation paths) and keep them current
  • Collaborate daily with Sales Service Finance and Data Governance counterpartsto unblock requests and ensure smooth order to cash handoffs (e.g. correct addresses/VAT to prevent invoice rejections)

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Experience in Master Data Management preferably customer master data
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Customer Master and MDG-C
  • Experience with CRM systems preferably Sales & Service Cloud
  • Experience in a B2B industrial or project-based business environment is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively across functions teams and regions
  • A structured detail-oriented mindset with the confidence to enforce standards in a matrix organization
  • Fluent in English. Only applications submitted in English will be considered.
