About Your Role
What is Customised Employment
The Quality Business Partner (QBP) provides expert guidance and strategic advice to operational leaders and other enabling functions supporting them to deliver safe consistent and high quality services while supporting workforce capability uplift and organisational priorities. The QBP supports the organisation to be compliant while also maintaining and continuously improving our quality systems.
You will contribute your knowledge and experience to:
- Apply specialist expertise to advise leaders and mitigate risk.
- Lead the organisations incident management and feedback management processes ensuring external regulatory reporting obligations are met.
- Identify opportunities for improvement develop quality improvement plans and initiatives and contribute to accreditation readiness.
The key accountabilities of the role include:
- Provide evidence and knowledge-based advice to leaders on risk incident management quality improvement audit quality metrics and data informed decision making.
- Lead the organisations incident and feedback management processes related to incidents complaints and feedback from clients and their families and supporters.
- Ensure Scopes incident management process and workflows are implemented as planned
- Respond to requests for support related to incident management complaints management or other quality activities.
- Respond to requests for information from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
- Lead serious incident reviews and investigations to produce informed recommendations and learnings
About You
- Comprehensive understanding of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Practice Standards and reporting requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of quality management systems including incident management continuous improvement auditing practice and the ability to develop and monitor quality improvement plans
- Experience in a quality related role in the disability sector
- Experience in developing and delivering training to frontline staff.
