Your New Role...
Join Warner Bros. Pictures and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering publicity campaigns for the theatrical slate in Spain. Working closely with the Senior Director of Publicity Italy and Spain you will ensure campaigns are culturally relevant aligned with international objectives and generate meaningful audience engagement and earned media impact.

Your Role Accountabilities
  • Oversee Spanish publicity campaigns from strategy through execution localising global plans to maximise relevance and impact within the Spanish market while identifying creative opportunities that drive earned media coverage and audience engagement.
  • Act as the primary publicity contact for Spain partnering with cross-functional teams across Marketing Distribution Creative Social Media and Promotions while coordinating relationships with filmmakers talent teams and external PR agencies.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of publicity activity in Spain including talent tours premieres special screenings awards campaigns film festival participation and other cultural moments that enhance campaign visibility.
  • Coordinate talent schedules oversee tour and junket logistics and manage supplier negotiations and onboarding processes including purchase orders vendor creation and contracts.
  • Coordinate the Spanish publicity budget monitor campaign performance against agreed objectives and KPIs and provide clear status updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across print broadcast online and influencer media securing high-quality editorial coverage and coordinating participation in local and international media opportunities.
  • Support publicity strategies for local productions oversee publicity materials and media monitoring activities and coordinate the publicity team while supporting their development and ensuring delivery across multiple film titles.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Extensive experience in publicity communications or PR within an entertainment company film studio media organisation or specialised agency.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills with the ability to draft adapt and present clear communications for local and international stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of the Spanish media landscape including entertainment film lifestyle online and influencer media.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborative approach with experience working effectively with internal teams external agencies media partners and international offices.
