Project Manager Global High Tech
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Global High Tech (GHT) team and lead the execution of complex industrial water treatment projects for high-tech industries.
This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of projects from initial definition through commissioning and start-up maintaining a strong focus on scope schedule budget quality and customer satisfaction.
Objectives
Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose direction and motivation
Lead projects from requirements definition through deploymentidentifyingschedules scopes budget estimations and implementation plans including risk mitigation
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope schedule and budget
Analyze project status and when necessary revise the scope schedule or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
Establish andmaintainrelationships with relevant client stakeholders providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
Responsibilities
Establish andmaintainprocesses for managing scope during the project lifecycle setting quality and performancestandardsand assessing risks
Develop andmaintainpartnerships with third-party resources including vendors andconsultants as well as erection and safety coordinators.
Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
Report project outcomes and/or risks to theappropriate managementchannels and escalate issues as necessary according to project work plan
Track andmonitorperformance of Projects in execution assuring adherence to KPIsas timequalityand cost
Assure correct handover of information to MO Team
Profileand required skills
Education:Mechanical / Civil/ChemicalEngineeringMasterDegree
More than 10years experienceinmanaging projectErectionConstructionCommissioningand start-up.
Proven experience in managing project that involvescivil works
Proven experience managingreviewingandvalidatingmainEngineering documentsnecessary to develop water treatment plantssuch as P&ID PFD mass balance Piping Drawings Isometricswiring diagram Logic Diagram Control Narrative
Proven experience managing and coordinating work groups andresources.
Communication skills: English&Frenchfluent written and verbal
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Be aware of Safety & Environmental aspects of legislation in Europe as well as CE certification requirements
Be aware of main ISO Quality Assurance Requirements
Befamiliar with specific tools for project management (MsProjectsor equivalent)
Synthesis and pragmatic approach
Agile mindset able to approach multidisciplinary topics
Strongproblem solvingskills
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
Proven success working with all levels of management
Preferred skills and qualifications
Professional certificationsuchas PMP or PRINCE2
