Project Manager Freezing Solutions (Spain - Portugal)
Location: Remote (Spain - Portugal) Travel: 30% across Spain - Portugal & occasionally Europe

As Project Manager Freezing Solutions (Spain - Portugal) youll take the lead on delivering complex equipment and system projects for customers across Spain and Portugal. Acting as the central point of coordination youll bring together internal teams suppliers and customers to ensure every project runs smoothly from initial order through to installation and production start-up.

This is a highly visible role where your ability to manage relationships balance commercial outcomes and solve problems on the ground will make a real difference.

What youll be doing

• Leading multiple projects across ensuring delivery on time within budget and to the highest quality standards

• Partnering with Sales and Applications teams during the pre-sales phase to assess risks shape proposals and support customer visits

• Acting as the main point of contact for customers building strong trusted relationships throughout the project lifecycle

• Managing project scope timelines and responsibilities with clarity and confidence

• Planning and overseeing key milestones including delivery installation and production start-up

• Attending customer sites for kick-off pre-installation and installation phases

• Resolving on-site challenges in collaboration with engineers suppliers and account teams

• Monitoring project financials forecasting costs and protecting margins

• Driving continuous improvement by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions

What were looking for

Experience & Background

• Experience in project management within engineering manufacturing food processing or industrial environments

• A proven track record of delivering projects successfully in a customer-facing role

• Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders including customers suppliers and internal teams

• A degree in Engineering Business or similar (or equivalent practical experience)

Skills that will set you apart

• Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects

• Confident communicator able to engage with stakeholders at all levels

• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Experience with project management tools (MS Project Smartsheet Jira Asana)

• A hands-on mindset someone whos comfortable being on-site and making things happen
