The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (CSA) to lead the delivery of Civil Structural and Architectural (CSA) works across complex construction projects within the data centre energy and infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all CSA activities from planning through execution and handover ensuring projects are delivered safely on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all Civil Structural and Architectural construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and monitor project schedules budgets and resource plans for CSA works.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors suppliers and site teams.
Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications quality standards and client requirements.
Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with Design Managers MEP teams Commercial teams and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Oversee inspections testing commissioning support and final handover activities.
Manage project reporting change control and stakeholder communications.
Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations across all CSA activities.
Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project execution.
Requisitos
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering CSA packages on large scale construction projects.
Background in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering Construction Management Architecture or a related discipline.
Experience within data centres industrial commercial infrastructure or energy projects is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies contract administration and project controls.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and stakeholders.
Excellent leadership organisational and problem-solving skills. Fluent Spanish and professional English.
Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools.
