SIG is enforcing the Project team. We are looking for a Project Account Manager to join our European team reporting to the Head of Project.
As Project Account Manager you will be independently responsible for the project execution of new opportunities of our portfolio in collaboration with different departments and the customer from the initiation of new business to its conclusion. This role is located in Madrid Spain . The projects will cover customers in Spain and other European countries.
Key responsibilities
Cost calculation of filling line projects
Supporting Key Account Management in sales pitches
Supporting Key Account Management in offer & contract preparation
Ordering of all required equipment
Preparation of all technical documents (layout planning etc.)
Good and transparent communication and coordination to solve all technical issues with all involved stakeholders and building up/intensifying relationships
Steering of internal & external kick-off meetings with all involved stakeholders
Steering of installation execution commissioning test handover/deployment
Taking full ownership of all project-related topics and solving them timely to properly hand over the project to After-Sales. Escalate when necessary
On Time In Full (OTIF) approach
Up to 50% travel frequency
You bring these skills experience & education
Technical university degree (preferably Dairy Engineer/Food Technologist)
At least 5 years of experience in Project Management
Fluent in Spanish and English. Ideally another European language like German French or Italian
