Learn more about UIC Barcelona at are currently looking for a talented Programme Advisor for our Admissions and Outreach Department. The ideal candidate must be motivated to reach sales goals know the product well and satisfy customers.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Propose recruitment strategies for the programmes assigned
• Participate in defining objectives
• Process candidate applicationstrack their application and guide them throughout the admission process
• Monitor all documentation related to the promotion and admission process
• Support and take part in coordinated promotional events such as fairsinformational sessions etc.

Ideal candidates with specialised knowledge in key areas such as sales management and the admission process will be addition candidates must develop strong relationships with the Teaching Staff and the Communication and Marketing Departments. They must have strong verbal and written communication skills the ability to prioritize their time demonstrate resilience and a sense of urgency and understand the value of providing the best customer service.

• Bachelors degree
• 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish an effective working relationship
• Excellent organisational and negotiation skills
• Fluency in Catalan and English is required. Native-level proficiency in Spanish and/or Catalan is also required.
