About the Role
You will support the planning team in balancing demand and production capacity across short- and mid-term horizons.
Throughout the experience you will benefit from a structured onboarding experience along with dedicated training and coaching designed to support your development into a future Production Planner.
What You Will Do
- Short-Term Planning :Support the creation and update of daily and weekly production schedules ensuring feasibility and alignment with manufacturing teams and escalating issues when required.
- Mid-Term Planning Support: Assist in developing weekly production plans for the 316 week horizon supporting capacity analysis constraint identification and preparation of inputs for mid-term planning reviews.
- Planning & Scenario Support:Support basic planning scenarios related to volume changes stock adjustments and new product introductions providing data and analysis to senior planners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with Manufacturing Supply and Market teams to ensure visibility of production plans communicate changes and support issue resolution.
- Master Data & Process Support:Maintain accurate planning master data in planning systems and contribute to the improvement of planning tools processes and ways of working.
Who You Are
- University degree in relevant field.
- Early experience or interest in supply chain.
- Analytical skills Excel; SAP beneficial.
- Team player with communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
