• Lead all production activities to ensure safe efficient and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement production plans that meet customer requirements for quality cost and delivery.
• Manage and optimize human material and equipment resources to maximize plant performance.
• Ensure compliance with established production standards and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity quality and operational stability.
• Collaborate with Engineering to support new product launches and ensure production readiness.
• Partner with Quality teams to implement and sustain continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote employee development workplace safety environmental compliance and healthy working conditions

• Degree in Industrial Engineering Technical Engineering Business Administration or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience in a similar production leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the automotive industry preferably within a Just-in-Time (JIT) production environment.
• Familiarity with production planning systems including SAP/MRP and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership team management communication continuous improvement quality and health and safety knowledge
