As part of the Fever Originals team you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.
Position Objective:
Provide operational support for the coordination and delivery of event catering services ensuring the efficient distribution replenishment and operation of catering facilities serving staff guests contractors suppliers and event personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Catering Coordinator in the planning coordination and supervision of catering operations.
- Coordinate the receipt distribution and replenishment of food beverages catering supplies and related materials.
- Monitor catering vendors and verify compliance with agreed schedules service levels and contractual requirements.
- Oversee the setup and dismantling of catering areas hospitality spaces staff break areas and food service locations.
- Manage day-to-day catering-related operational issues and escalate significant incidents when required.
- Maintain continuous communication with Production Hospitality and catering service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Verify that catering areas remain clean organized fully stocked and operational throughout the event.
- Support the logistical needs of staff volunteers suppliers contractors and production teams related to catering services.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of food and beverage operations during event setup live operations and dismantling phases.
- Assist in monitoring service quality and ensuring a positive catering experience for all event personnel and accredited guests.
Deliverables:
- Catering operations support logs and service tracking records.
- Daily status reports on catering setup replenishment and service delivery.
- Incident reports related to catering operations and supplier performance.
- Final operational report summarizing catering activities issues encountered and recommendations for future events.
