PRODUCT & VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANGER

At MELLER we are looking for a commercially driven and highly organised Product & Visual Merchandising Manager to help optimise product performance across our retail network.

This role combines product allocation stock management and visual merchandising to ensure every store has the right product in the right place at the right time always aligned with our brand standards and commercial goals.

Were looking for someone analytical operational and visually sensitive capable of making fast decisions that directly impact sales performance and customer experience.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for optimising product distribution and visual execution across stores ensuring each location has the most relevant assortment based on sales performance stock levels and customer behaviour.

Working closely with Retail and Operations teams you will help maximise sell-through improve stock efficiency and elevate the in-store brand experience.

Responsabilities

• Manage product allocation and stock distribution across stores.
• Monitor product performance sell-through and stock levels.
• Reallocate product between locations when needed.
• Adapt assortments based on each stores commercial profile.
• Coordinate visual merchandising updates and collection implementations.
• Ensure consistent and impactful product presentation across all retail locations.
• Analyse sales data and KPIs to identify commercial opportunities and improve performance.

What Were Looking For

• Experience in fashion lifestyle or retail brands.
• Background in allocation retail merchandising stock management or visual merchandising.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent Excel skills.
• Commercial awareness combined with visual sensitivity.
• Organised agile and highly proactive profile.
• Ability to prioritise and make decisions quickly.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with multiple stores or wholesale channels.
• Background in retail planning or product merchandising.
• Experience in fast-paced retail environments.
