Job Summary

Role Purpose

This role sits within a global data governance team helping shape how high-quality Healthcare Professional (HCP) data is collected delivered governed and scaled across markets.

In this role you will lead strategic initiatives that improve data quality consistency and usability enabling better decision-making and operational parallel you will contribute to the evolution of internal data governance tools.

This is an opportunity to combine hands-on delivery of impactful projects with contribution to future-facing data and governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead high-impact multi-country initiatives to improve data reliability consistency and scalability

Deliver transformation projects that enhance how data is collected managed and harmonised

Coordinate onboarding of new markets and data sources into the data platform

Ensure initiatives deliver tangible improvements in data quality operational efficiency and scalability

Contribute to the roadmap of data governance and stewardship tools based on real operational needs

Translate business challenges into clear actionable requirements for solution development

Work with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions that can be deployed across markets

Support innovation initiatives including the use of automation and AI to improve data quality and workflows

Define and maintain best practices standards and processes for data management

Ensure all solutions comply with data governance and privacy requirements

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Management Data Life Sciences or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience & Skills - our ideal candidate will have

Core Experience

57 years of experience in product ownership product management and/or project delivery

Experience working in data-intensive environments including data governance data quality and compliance in regulated (e.g. healthcare) contexts

Proven track record delivering cross-functional complex projects in data-driven contexts

Key Capabilities

Proven project management: lead complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end

Strong product ownership: define vision prioritise roadmap and deliver high-value solutions

Experience with healthcare data: understanding of data structures quality and governance requirements

Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements

Effective stakeholder management across teams and geographies

Hands-on experience with JIRA Confluence and other back-office tools

Expertise with producing clear and well-structured product communications and user training

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Clear and concise communication with technical and non-technical audiences

Fluency in English

Experience in MS Excel (mandatory)
