Product Designer(fmd)

Join Axpo Iberia and help shape user-centered products that power the energy transition. Were looking for a curious hands-on designer to lead impactful design work from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with designers developers product managers and stakeholders to deliver consistent and impactful user experiences

• Conduct user research and draw on user journeys customer feedback and usability findings to uncover real user needs

• Use these insights to guide design decisions across the product

• Create user flows mockups prototypes and detailed specifications that turn abstract concepts into simple elegant interfaces

• Communicate design solutions clearly to cross-functional partners and stakeholders

• Translate abstract concepts into simple elegant design solutions balancing user insights business requirements and technical constraints.

• Contribute to evolving our design system strengthening guidelines patterns and best practices across all products

What you bring & who you are:

• 5 years of UI/UX design experience with 3 years designing for complex products or commercial apps

• A college degree in Industrial Design Product Design Human-Computer Interaction User Experience Interaction Design or equivalent professional experience

• Experience tackling complex design problems and driving design work end-to-end from discovery through delivery

• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative self-directed way of working

• A portfolio of work with examples of creative problem solving and clear thinking especially within complex ecosystems

• Bonus: Experience designing for energy markets trading systems and/or building complex prototypes
