PROCUREMENT & SUPPLIER MANAGER

At MELLER we are accelerating our global retail expansion and looking for a highly strategic and operational Procurement & Supplier Manager to help scale our store opening operations worldwide.

This role will be responsible for building and optimising the supplier network behind every new retail opening ensuring the best balance between cost quality and execution speed.

Were looking for someone analytical commercially driven and highly skilled in negotiation capable of improving operational efficiency without compromising the brands standards.

Your Mission

You will lead supplier management and procurement processes for new retail store openings helping MELLER build a scalable efficient and high-performing supplier network across different markets.

Working closely with the Expansion team you will optimise costs improve timelines and ensure every project is delivered with the highest quality standards.

Responsabilitites

Manage and negotiate with suppliers involved in retail store openings.

Source and onboard new suppliers across different markets.

Optimise costs related to construction furniture production and materials.

Negotiate commercial conditions timelines and quality standards.

Monitor supplier performance budgets and project execution.

Identify savings opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

Help standardise processes and supplier structures across countries.

Build long-term relationships with key suppliers and partners.

What Were Looking For

58 years of experience in procurement purchasing or supplier management.

Experience in retail hospitality construction or expansion projects.

Strong analytical and efficiency-driven mindset.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Highly organised proactive and detail-oriented profile.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-growth environments.

High level of English.

Nice to Have

Experience managing international suppliers.

Knowledge of retail construction furniture or production costs.

Background in retail fashion or lifestyle brands.

Experience supporting physical retail expansion projects.
