ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

The role requires you to conduct operational privacy and AI risk assessments support compliance activities and ensure regulatory alignment across products vendors and business units. Reporting to the Head of Global Privacy & AI Office you will be a part of Global team of 10 members

WHAT WILL YOU DO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the Global Privacy & AI Office to develop maintain and evolve SITAs privacy & AI program;
• Manage the privacy & AI triage process and execute risk assessments for SITA products services and third parties.
• Document supporting evidence and ensure robust audit trails;
• Track privacy by design and AI risks and mitigations as part of second line monitoring escalating to the Privacy & AI Risk Manager where actions are overdue or incomplete;
• Support the provision of timely KPI and dashboard reporting identifying trends and patterns in data;
• Support privacy and AI training and awareness with a strong focus on Privacy by Design and Responsible AI and what constitutes appropriate risk based technical and operational measures; and
• Represent the Global Privacy & AI Office in day-to-day activities with our business legal and technology business stakeholders and the wider privacy community.

WHO YOU ARE

MUST HAVE

• Demonstrable experience in a privacy role within a data driven organization;
• Good understanding of global data protection laws standards and associated compliance requirements;
• Ability to prioritize workload effectively and work independently whilst collaborating across multiple business functions and teams;
• Excellent and concise written and verbal communication skills;
• Working knowledge of One Trust or similar
• Strong team player with a positive attitude sense of humor and a desire to learn;
• IAPP accreditation preferred

NICE TO HAVE

• Working knowledge PowerBI dashboard creation and reporting;
• Experience of implementation of software development and / or applications desirable.
• Exposure to AI governance
