Description

As a Sales Technical here at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in driving the companys success. Your experience in Technical Sales Engineer will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. By identifying new business opportunities and providing tailored solutions you will contribute to revenue growth customer satisfaction and the overall success of the company.

You will report directly to our Sales Director and work in our locations in Madrid or Errenteria Spain with a hybrid work schedule.

As a Sales Technical Support you will work closely with the sales team to support the technical aspects of the sales process. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements providing technical solutions and demonstrating the value of our products and services.



Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and challenges.
  2. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product capabilities and benefits.
  3. Technical Support: Provide pre-sales technical support and answer any technical queries from customers. Build Samples for Customer testings.
  4. Solution Development: Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
  5. Proposal Development: Assist in creating compelling technical proposals and documentation for clients.
  6. Training and Support: Train sales staff in technical aspects of products and support them during the sales process.
  7. Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends competition and emerging technologies relevant to the offerings.
  8. Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback to improve existing products and services and inform R&D of needed features.



Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge. min of 5-year experience in Technical Role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role (pre-sales or sales engineering preferred).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Languages Spanish and English (Business English)
