Polish-Speaking Account Executive Madrid

We are seeking a Polish-speaking Account Executive to join a fast-paced international sales team based in Madrid. This hybrid role focuses on the Polish market and requires strong commercial experience excellent communication skills and full comfort with KPIs cold-calling and USaligned time zones. Candidates must already reside in Spain.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:0018:00; Friday 9:0015:00

Salary: 30000 EUR gross/year base uncapped commissions

Relocation: Not provided (must already reside in Spain)

About the Role

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to subscription closure. You will conduct client meetings manage free trials handle autoassigned leads and collaborate closely with Customer Experience teams after subscription. This role requires resilience strong commercial drive and the ability to maintain high call volumes (80100 calls/day).

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to subscription

Conduct demos and client meetings

Manage free trial processes and handover to Customer Experience

Work with autoassigned leads

Achieve daily call targets (80100 calls/day)

Meet KPIs related to calls demos trialtopaid conversions and MRR

Follow rampup targets: M0 0% M1 0% M2 30% M3 60% M4 100%

Compensation & Benefits

Uncapped monthly commissions (600 EUR target)

Performance multipliers: <80% x1 80% x1.3 100% x2 150% x3

Quarterly bonus: average >150% full quarter adjusted to x3

Rampup period with x1 multiplier until reaching 100%

Internal growth opportunities: AE2 (35000 EUR base) and AE3 (40000 EUR base)

Permanent contract

Requirements

Native or bilingual Polish

Native or bilingual English

Mandatory residence in Spain

16 years of commercial experience (BDR SDR call center outbound prospecting)

Strong coldcalling skills (80100 calls/day)

KPIdriven mindset

Availability aligned with US time zones
