We are looking for a Polish-speaking Account Executive to join a growing international sales team. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing subscription sales while developing business opportunities across the Polish market.

This is a high-performance sales role suited to candidates who are target-driven resilient and motivated by unlimited earning potential.

Cold calling is a key part of the role. You will be expected to make approximately 80100 outbound calls per day build your own sales pipeline and consistently achieve and exceed your sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing new business.
  • Build and develop your own portfolio of clients within the Polish market.
  • Carry out high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling and other outreach methods.
  • Make approximately 80100 outbound calls each day.
  • Qualify prospective customers and identify business opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging online product demonstrations.
  • Guide prospective customers through free trial periods.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close subscription sales.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of new customers to the Customer Experience team following a successful sale.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and effectively manage your sales pipeline.
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs related to:

    • Outbound activity
    • Calls completed
    • Product demonstrations
    • Trial-to-paid conversions
    • Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)

What Were Looking For

  • Native or bilingual Polish.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • 16 years of experience in a sales role such as:

    • Account Executive
    • Business Development Representative (BDR)
    • Sales Development Representative (SDR)
    • Telesales Executive
    • Outbound Sales
    • Contact Centre Sales
  • Previous cold-calling experience is essential.
  • Comfortable making 80100 outbound calls per day.
  • A proven ability to close sales and consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven with a KPI-focused mindset.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle is highly desirable.
  • Must already be legally residing in Spain.
  • Flexibility to work hours that align with the US time zone when required.

Working Model

  • First 4 months: Full-time on-site training in Madrid Spain.
  • Following successful completion of the training period you will transition to fully remote working from anywhere in Spain.
  • Occasional travel to the Madrid office may be required for meetings or training sessions with travel expenses covered by the employer.
  • Monday to Thursday: 09:0018:00
  • Friday: 09:0015:00
  • Flexibility to support business needs aligned with the US time zone is appreciated particularly during onboarding.

Please note: No relocation package is available. Applicants must already be residing in Spain. Candidates who wish to relocate to Spain independently and at their own expense before joining are welcome to apply.

  • 30000 gross annual base salary.
