Mission:

As a Platform Engineer your mission will be to build and evolve the infrastructure tooling and operational foundations that enable engineering teams to deliver faster safer and more reliably.

You will play a key role in creating a scalable platform that empowers developers supports business growth and establishes engineering best practices across the organization.

This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and visibility across the company.

The Role:

You will be part of a cross-functional Platform Team responsible for the shared services used across the entire engineering organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

• Building and maintaining cloud infrastructure within AWS environments.

• Driving Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives.

• Enhancing observability monitoring logging and reliability practices.

• Supporting the evolution of an Internal Developer Platform (IDP).

• Collaborating with Data and AI teams on DataOps and MLOps initiatives.

• Improving security compliance and operational resilience across systems.

• Developing shared platform services and internal tooling used by multiple teams.

• Acting as a technical partner for Product Engineering and Data stakeholders.

• Promoting DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering best practices across the organization.

What we need:

• 5 years of experience in Platform Engineering DevOps SRE Infrastructure or related roles.

• Strong experience working with AWS and cloud-native environments.

• Solid understanding of infrastructure networking security and distributed systems.

• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform CDK or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.

• Experience with monitoring observability and reliability engineering.

• Strong scripting or programming skills using Python Bash or similar languages.

• Experience working with APIs and microservices architectures.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A mindset focused on automation scalability and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech SaaS or other high-growth technology environments.

• Exposure to DataOps MLOps AI infrastructure or Machine Learning platforms.

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies.

• AWS Kubernetes or DevOps certifications.

• Experience building Internal Developer Platforms or developer productivity tooling.

• Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
