Ventia has secured the Victorian Road Maintenance Contracts for the Grampians and Eastern Metropolitan regions. Commencing 1 July 2026 Ventia will deliver comprehensive road maintenance emergency response and minor capital works reinforcing its role as a longterm partner supporting safe and reliable road networks across Victoria.

Ventias Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experiencedPlanning Manager to join the team.

The Planning Manager leads the development and coordination of maintenance and works programs across the road network. The role focuses on forward planning scheduling and coordination to support efficient delivery and minimise disruption to road users.

You will lead planners and schedulers while working closely with operations construction and safety teams to align planning with onground delivery.

This is a permanent full-time position and will be based out of ourWendouree office.

Role responsibilities:

• Lead planning scheduling and coordination activities
• Develop forward maintenance and works programs
• Coordinate with operations safety and delivery teams
• Drive planning performance and continuous improvement

About You

To be successful in your application you will have:

• Planning experience within infrastructure or maintenance environments
• Strong analytical and coordination capability
• Experience using planning or scheduling systems
• Supervisory experience in either Road Maintenance Operations or Construction field.
• White Card and drivers licence.
• Good understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
• Good working knowledge of MS Word MS Outlook and MS Excel.
