Job Description:

An opportunity for aGeneral Procurement Buyer has arisen in AirbusGetafe (Madrid).

RESPONSIBILITIES

The jobholder will be responsible for:

As a buyer for the procurement of goods and services within the General Procurement (GP) department the employee will:

- Manage local sourcing activities launching call for tenders and selecting suppliers.

- Ensure compliance with the procurement strategy and with GP processes and guidelines.

- Conduct the procurement process in order to fulfil business needs and customer satisfaction.

- Optimize bundling opportunities synergies and harmonization to obtain the best solutions and protect Airbus from any risk.

- Ensure continuous commercial relationship with suppliers in order to secure work with best-in-class suppliers.

- Manage the relation with internal customers understand their needs guide them and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

- Ensure achievement of saving and procurement performance in accordance with GP methodology and targets.

- Ensure operations with the expected quality and time to support the business.

- Analyse data and KPIs provide relevant reporting.

- Ensure compliance and integrity in all activities in accordance with Airbus values and rules.
