Research will emphasize rigorous empirical analysis using complex datasets to address questions related to age diversity inclusion career trajectories and workforce dynamics.

We offer

• Duration. 1 year renewable for up to a maximum of 2 years
• Annual salary and terms of payment. 24505.30gross per year payable in 15 monthly installments.
• Contract type: The successful candidate will be appointed under the category of Research Assistant (Investigador/a Ayudante) according to the University of Deusto regulations.
• Location: Bilbao
• Expected start date: October 2026
