Heres what youll do:

• Hands-on execution and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta Ads TikTok Ads and Google Ads including briefing and coordinating with our internal creative team and web team
• Conduct performance analysis across paid channels including creative reporting A/B test analysis and research into new markets and channel opportunities
• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Strategist on campaign planning including content strategy audience segmentation and budget
• Proofread website content ad copies keywords and online material test website features and paths to validate smooth product delivery
• Report to the Growth Marketing Strategist on assigned tasks and work collaboratively within the whole EBS marketing team

Job requirements:

• Strong interest in digital marketing ambition to learn and become a top-of-the-class marketer
• Basic understanding and familiarity with digital marketing such as PPC Paid Social and digital marketing trends
• A quick learner with a hands-on approach and strong communication skills
• Adaptability to multitask by covering diverse and multiple marketing-related assignments
• Analytical approach to decision-making and strategic evaluations drawing conclusions from data rather than taking things at face value
• An analytical thinker who is excited by EBS mission and an interest in the bartending industry
• High proficiency in English. Any other European language would be a plus
• Intermediate spreadsheet skills
