Funciones principales

. Soporte técnico de Nivel 2 sobre la plataforma Oracle WebCenter Sites.
. Diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias funcionales y técnicas relacionadas con la plataforma.
. Administración configuración y mantenimiento de entornos WebCenter Sites.
. Instalación y aplicación de Critical Patch Updates (CPU) Bundle Patches y actualizaciones de versión.
. Análisis de logs resolución de errores y optimización del rendimiento.
. Administración de despliegues en coordinación con los equipos de desarrollo.
. Gestión de incidencias con Oracle Support (Service Requests).
. Elaboración y actualización de documentación técnica y procedimientos.
. Soporte en ventanas de mantenimiento y actuaciones planificadas.

. Oracle WebCenter Sites (WCS) 11g/12c.
. Oracle WebLogic Server.
. Oracle HTTP Server (OHS).
. Oracle Database.
. Linux (RedHat / Oracle Linux).
. Aplicación de CPUs Patch Set Updates y Bundle Patches.
. Oracle OPatch.
. Gestión de dominios WebLogic.
. Análisis de logs (WebLogic OHS y WebCenter Sites).
. SQL básico/intermedio para diagnóstico.
. Gestión de incidencias con Oracle Support.

. Oracle Enterprise Manager.
. Oracle Coherence.
. Apache HTTP Server.
. Java EE.
. JVM Tuning.
. Shell scripting (Bash).
. Ansible.
. Git.
. Jenkins.

. OCI.
. Gestión CI / CD con WCS mediante CSDT (Content Server Developer Tools) Command Line Tool.
. Experiencia en upgrades entre vesriones (11g a 12c o 12c a 14c).
. Visual Builder Studio.
. Gestión de recursos de Cloud en OCI (Computes VCN y Gateways).

Experiencia

. Al menos 3 5 años administrando Oracle WebCenter Sites.
. Experiencia en soporte de producción (N2/N3).
. Experiencia en aplicación de parches Oracle.
. Experiencia en entornos de alta disponibilidad.
