The opportunity

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist who makes sure all the administrative and operational sides of HR run smoothly in our different locations: managing the employee lifecycle (hires contracts terminations) payroll benefits and data systems (HRIS) ensuring compliance with labour law in each country in coordination with the HRBPs.

Responsibilities

Employee lifecycle administration

  • Manage hires contracts amendments and terminations.
  • Coordinate documentation with local advisors.
  • Run operational onboarding and offboarding.

Systems & data (HRIS)

  • Administer Factorial as the single source of truth.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Produce People reporting and metrics.

Payroll

  • Review and consolidate the months variances.
  • Coordinate submission to the advisory firm and payment with Finance.
  • Upload and file payslips in the system.

Benefits

  • Administer benefits enrolment and management.
  • Resolve operational queries together with the HRBP.

Processes policies and compliance

  • Define and maintain common processes and policies.
  • Safeguard compliance documentation by country.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in HR Labour Relations Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 years in People Operations HR administration or a similar role ideally in a high-growth or multi-site environment.
  • Solid knowledge of labour law and HR administrative processes; multi-country experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS (e.g. Factorial) and comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail you catch what others miss.
  • A process-improvement mindset and curiosity about automation and AI tools.
  • Fluent English; other languages (Spanish Italian) a plus.
  • Proactive discreet with confidential data and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
