Job Summary

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a People Digital & Data Intelligence Lead to join our team and shape the future of the digital employee this newly created senior leadership role you will be responsible for building and leading a team that brings together AI and automation design knowledge management digital workflow engineering and people data and analytics. Reporting directly to our VP Experience Hub & Technology this role is accountable for shaping the digital employee experience strategy driving self-service adoption embedding AI into HR service delivery and establishing the organizations people analytics capability. Working closely with senior stakeholders across HR and IT you will ensure that digital and data initiatives are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable value to the organization.

What you will do

Build and lead the People Digital & Data Intelligence team recruiting and developing specialists across AI knowledge management workflow engineering and analytics
Define and own the digital employee experience strategy including AI automation self-service and data capabilities
Establish and scale the people analytics function including data architecture reporting and insight generation
Drive the adoption of AI and automation in HR service delivery to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
Own and evolve the HR knowledge ecosystem ensuring content is structured accurate and accessible for both employees and AI solutions
Design and implement digital workflows to enable fast consistent and transparent HR services across all support levels
Partner closely with People Technology to integrate solutions with SuccessFactors and other core platforms
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable digital and data solutions
Define and maintain governance frameworks for AI ethics data privacy content quality and workflow standards
Monitor and report on performance metrics such as adoption automation impact and analytics maturity to senior leadership

What we require

7 years of experience in digital HR people analytics HR technology or a related field
At least 3 years of leadership experience in building or scaling teams
Proven experience in establishing new capabilities or functions within complex global organizations
Strong understanding of AI automation and analytics technologies in an HR context (e.g. virtual agents RPA people analytics platforms SuccessFactors)
Experience with knowledge management self-service strategies and digital workflow design
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across HR IT and business teams
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities
Data-driven approach with a passion for improving employee experience through technology
Fluency in English

What we prefer

Experience working within a global or matrix organization
Familiarity with HR service delivery models and digital transformation initiatives
Exposure to AI governance data privacy frameworks or ethical AI practices
