- Support the end-to-end HR Analytics and workforce planning processes related to workforce management and resource allocation within the Healthcare & Life Sciences team.
- Assist with annual FTE planning by aligning staffing needs with business performance and operational goals.
- Analyze FTE utilization to assess team workload capacity and resource availability.
- Contribute to employee performance analysis to support talent development and evaluation processes.
- Extract and consolidate data from systems such as SAP and other internal databases.
- Perform data cleaning validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare presentations reports and analytical deliverables for senior stakeholders including Partners and Division Heads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Support ad hoc HR and workforce analytics projects as required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including intensive use of Power Query Pivot Tables and other functions.
- Advanced-Proficient level of English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in Power BI and data visualization tools.
- Ability to prepare clear dashboards reports and presentations for business stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to connect data insights to operational and strategic decisions.
- Interest in HR Analytics workforce planning and people management topics.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
