Support to S&S offer preparation alignment with NHI AH with the customer and internally:
SoW and activities definition
Service model and Material support scheme proposal
Indicators and PBL commitments definition
Execution management
Activities portfolio
Fleet availability monitoring and action plans
Execution follow-up service level analysis etc.
