As a Parts Person you will play a key role in supporting our customers and service team by identifying sourcing and supplying the right parts to keep equipment operating at its best.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers and technicians with parts enquiries
• Identifying and supplying parts for John Deere and related equipment
• Processing parts sales customer orders and invoices
• Receiving checking storing and maintaining inventory
• Picking and dispatching parts for customers and other branches
• Maintaining accurate inventory and transaction records
• Supporting stock control and inventory management activities
• Contributing to a safe organised and efficient Parts Department

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in parts warehousing retail automotive agriculture or customer service is advantageous but not essential
