Job Summary
Mission
Reporting to the Growth Director build the indirect acquisition engine from scratch: open negotiate and run the partner and broker channels that will deliver up to 4050% of new customers at controlled quality and cost. No partner exists yet.
Scope
Spain. All indirect channels and partner relationships from first conversation to live volume.
Essential responsibilities
- Partner acquisition and commercial terms: open negotiate and close partnerships with potential partners such as comparators agency and agent networks consumer-electronics retail EV charge-point operators and bundle partnerships (telco and similar). Own the commercial terms and enforce them
- Partner onboarding and enablement: register and set up agencies and agents in our systems and commission structure; train partner sales teams on the offer the tools and the signup process
- Channel activation: joint marketing campaigns incentive schemes and agreed volume targets to drive partner performance
- Channel quality assurance: monitor regularly partner-acquired cohorts (early churn complaints) and provide corrective actions
- Forecasting and reporting indirect volume forecast and pipeline management; CAC by partner intermediated share of gross adds early churn versus direct
Qualifications :
- 58 years in channel or partner sales or business development in Spanish B2C energy/utility space
- Proven track record of building partnerships from a cold start not only inheriting and managing existing ones
- Experience with Spanish comparator agency and retail landscape; and/or to own a network of partners are highly appreciated
- Commercially firm
- Fluent Spanish and English
