Whatyoulldo
As a (P2P) Process to Pay Financial Specialist you will playan important rolein driving the financial success of the organization by partnering with the business. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the FSSC Finance Team providinga high levelof service and reporting to the accounts payable team leader.
In addition youwillbe responsible forthe end-to-end processing and management of invoices ensuring accuracy compliance andtimelyhandling in line with established guidelines. This includes registering and verifying invoices prior to payment as well as supporting employees by reviewing expense claimssubmittedthrough SAP Concur.
The role also involves responding to supplier queries and claims via email and telephone delivering efficientresolutionandmaintainingstrong vendor relationships.

Werelooking for someone who is responsibleaccountableand ready to Own thisrole.
Youllalso need:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting BusinessAdministrationora relatedfield.
At least 3years experiencein a similar orrelated role.
Experience in thefeedindustry or relevant sectors is valuable.
Ability to work fluently in both languages Spanish and English.Otherlanguage is a plus.
Strong Excel skills
Previousexperience with MediusM3and SAP Concur will be considered an advantage.
