As Fever continues its rapid global expansion into new markets bringing more products and experiences to life the organic growth department is evolving to sustain this growth. By partnering with world-class Product Engineering Data and Marketing teams we leverage cutting-edge tools and data-driven insights to deliver exceptional performance and measurable impact across major search engines and dynamic digital ecosystems

• Enhance the overall company performance focused on increasing market penetration through organic channels
• Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key business metrics
• Take full ownership of decisions made in your business line
• Lead a cross-functional squad of 4 people.
• Work with people and projects across all different markets and teams in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)

• 6 years of experience in an analytics & business role.
• Proven experience in building trust to lead teams or key projects effectively
• Experience in demand generation through search engines is a plus as is familiarity with marketplaces.
• You have a bachelors in engineering (civil industrial telecommunications or aeronautics) or a background in maths statistics data analytics or strategy.
• Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully across many disciplines departments and business cases
• Advanced English speaker. Other languages are a plus.
