The Role

Own the operational execution of the sales-order lifecycle across all company systems making sure every order is correctly entered modified fulfilled and closed. Maintain end-to-end operational visibility of the global order portfolio proactively identifying risks removing operational blockers and coordinating cross-functional actions to ensure customer commitments are met and be the single fast response point for order-status questions from sales dealers and customers.

What Youll Do

Order processing & fulfillment

  • Process and validate incoming sales orders (B2C and dealer) in Business Central / ecom.

  • Track orders through to fulfilment; proactively flag stuck or blocked orders and chase them to resolution.

  • Monitor order aging fulfillment performance and operational SLAs proactively identifying delays before they impact customers.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on order processing shipment and fulfillment Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Execute order modifications line changes and cancellations following the defined rules e.g. when a VIN is removed from an order the order is cancelled never left orphaned.

  • Assign VINs in line with Sales requests while ensuring compliance with internal processes and stakeholder requirements.

  • Provide operational support to the Service team for VIN reassignments. Order Status & Data Accuracy

  • Maintain accurate order status and data consistency across all systems ensuring alignment between ERP e-commerce and related platforms.

  • Maintain complete operational visibility of all customer orders and understand the reason behind every order status.

  • Own order modifications within defined authority ensuring changes are made only when compliant with business rules and considering the impact on Production Planning Logistics and other stakeholders.

  • Ensure orders progress through the correct statuses in line with SLAs operational milestones and specific business requirements.

  • Maintain the accuracy of key order data including pricing shipping payment allocation and other operational attributes in accordance with established processes.

  • Proactively identify and resolve order discrepancies between systems coordinating with relevant teams to ensure data integrity and uninterrupted order fulfillment.

Support & Queue Management

  • Own the order management queue: triage incoming requests resolve what is in scope route the rest to the right owner.

  • Handle order-related Zendesk tickets and keep the case record clean.

  • Be the single fast response point for order-status questions from sales reps dealers and customers.

Escalation & Business Development

  • Escalate operational issues whenever agreed SLAs or customer commitments are at risk coordinating the appropriate stakeholders until resolution.

  • Identify recurring process inefficiencies and drive improvement initiatives by working with process owners to simplify automate and strengthen the order management workflow.

What you will bring to Stark

Required

  • Strong systems aptitude with Business Central ERP and order management systems.

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams sales representatives dealers and external partners.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.

  • Process discipline and ability to follow structured workflows accurately. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

  • Structured proactive and solution-oriented approach.

  • Positive customer-focused and service-oriented attitude.

Preferred

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Supply Chain Operations Engineering or a related field.

  • Experience working with Business Central (Navision or Microsoft Dynamics) CRM ERP or order management platforms.

  • Experience in e-commerce automotive motorcycle or electric mobility industries. Familiarity with dealer networks warranty operations or accounts coordination. Additional languages are an advantage.
